At Evani Atelier, we take pride in offering high-quality waterproof, non-tarnish, sweat-proof, and no-fade jewelry designed to last. Each piece is carefully crafted to meet our durability standards. However, we understand that in rare cases, issues may arise. Below are the terms of our warranty coverage.

1. Warranty Coverage

We offer a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase on all jewelry items. This warranty covers:

  • Tarnishing: If your jewelry tarnishes within the warranty period under normal wear and care conditions, we will provide a replacement or issue store credit.

  • Material Defects: If there is a manufacturing defect, such as broken clasps or faulty materials, we will repair, replace, or refund the item.

  • Our Warranty is TECHNICALLY 2 years but we want you to be happy always. IF for some strange reason there is tarnishing or fading of your jewelry at anytime - please reach out to us so we can find a solution.

2. What is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Improper Care: Jewelry that has been exposed to harsh chemicals (such as chlorine, bleach) or improperly stored (in humid or non-protective environments).

  • Accidental Damage: Scratches, dents, or damage caused by dropping or mishandling the item.

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Minor fading, discoloration, or damage from prolonged wear over time that is not related to material defects.

3. How to Claim Warranty

If you believe your jewelry qualifies for a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at hello@evaniatelier.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.

  2. Assessment: Our team will assess the issue to determine if it falls under warranty.

  3. Resolution: If covered, we will offer a repair, replacement, or store credit based on the condition of the item.

4. Care Instructions

To ensure your jewelry remains in optimal condition, please follow these care tips:

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals or extreme environments.

  • Store jewelry in a dry, protected space when not in use.

  • Clean with a soft cloth to maintain its shine and integrity.

5. Disclaimer

Our jewelry is designed to withstand water, sweat, and daily wear; however, care instructions should be followed to maximize longevity. Evani Atelier reserves the right to deny warranty claims for items that show signs of misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear outside of the specified warranty coverage.
