  • All items are described as accurately as possible. However, variations in color may occur due to screen settings.

3. Ordering and Payment

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

  • We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, ApplePay.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and payment details. Any errors in information provided may result in a delay or cancellation of your order.

4. Shipping

  • We offer worldwide shipping, and delivery times vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times are 2-16 business days after dispatch. 

  • Please note that these are estimated timelines and actual delivery may vary based on external factors beyond our control.

  • Shipping is complimentary. 

  • Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct.

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • We currently do not allow returns - all sales are considered final - HOWEVER - if there is a damaged or defective, or incorrect item, we can initiate a replacement if it falls under the appropriate criteria as assessed by Evani Atelier.

 6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will offer a replacement or a full refund.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Evani Atelier and is protected by copyright law.

  • You may not use any content from our site for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Privacy

  • Your privacy is important to us. We only collect necessary information to process your order and will never share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
